Welcome to our 51st Annual Greek Festival!
On behalf of St. Sophia’s community, we would like to extend our thanks for your exceptional support. In our endeavor, we hope to create an atmosphere to share our rich Hellenic culture and customs with you and our own future generations.
While you are here, enjoy the sights, sounds & smells of our wonderful festival where you can eat, have drink, listen to music, watch the dance performances or try a dance yourself. In Central New York, many of these foods & pastries are only available once a year at our festival. So, go ahead & indulge.
Take a stroll through our “Greek Village” (which is located inside our church complex) – a variety of gift shops including the Orthodox book store and view the lovely Orthodox icons representing our faith. Stop by the pastry shop to sample some of the famous fresh pastes and top it off with some Greek coffee from the cafe. Don’t forget to take a tour of the beautiful Church Sanctuary.
Most of all, have fun as we bring a taste of Greece to Central New York! OPA!

- Where do I park? Great community participation does make parking for the Greek Festival a bit challenging. There is some first-come; first-served parking in the church parking lot. And, nearby parking is available free of charge at Christian Brothers Academy (CBA) and Jamesville-DeWitt Middle School parking lots on Randall Road and at the Tecumseh Elementary School on Waring Road with complimentary shuttle services between those lots and the festival grounds.
